AGREEMENT TO TERMS

Higher Tolerance may, in its sole discretion, modify or update this Agreement, or any policies relating to Higher Tolerance Services, from time to time. Please review this page periodically to ensure you are up-to-date with any changes.

DISCLAIMERS & ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

You expressly agree and acknowledge that Higher Tolerance:

• Is a licensed adult-use cannabis Retailer and Brand
• May engage Drivers through the Store to provide Delivery Services
• Does not cultivate, manufacture, package, label, or test cannabis
• Sells adult-use cannabis to Consumers

Higher Tolerance has no responsibility or liability for any Delivery Services provided to you by the Store or their Drivers.

LEGAL INFORMATION

Federal Law Compliance

Higher Tolerance operates under applicable state laws. You expressly acknowledge and understand that marijuana (cannabis) is currently listed on Schedule I of the United States Controlled Substances Act.

State Law Requirements

You must abide by and follow the applicable laws of the state, city, county, municipality, or jurisdiction in which you are located in order to use Higher Tolerance Services.

Health Information

The Products available through Higher Tolerance Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any medical condition, illness, or disease. The information provided is designed for educational purposes only.

USER ACCOUNT TERMS

Account Registration

To use Higher Tolerance Services, you must register and maintain an active personal User account. Registration requires submission of personal information.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Age Restrictions

You must be at least 21 years old to use Higher Tolerance Services to order, receive, or facilitate delivery of adult-use cannabis.

Communications

By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us via email, text message, calls, and push notifications.

Order Charges

You may incur various fees when purchasing through Higher Tolerance Services:
